Today I am talking with Mia Davis, VP of Sustainability & Impact at Credo Beauty, the largest clean beauty retailer. Mia is also the co-founder of the nonprofit organization Pact Collective which she created to start to make a dent in hard-to-recycle beauty waste, and to bring beauty stakeholders together to move toward circularity.

In 2021, I co-founded the nonprofit membership organization Pact Collective to start to make a dent in hard-to-recycle beauty waste, and to bring beauty stakeholders together to move toward circularity.
I was one of the first hires at Beautycounter, where I developed the company's stance on safety, including the industry-leading "Ingredient Selection Process." I led sustainability and social responsibility efforts, including partnerships/giving, and I oversaw our legislative advocacy work.
