Last year, an average of more than 3.98 million workers quit their jobs each month. In fact 2021 holds the highest average on record and has become known as “The Great Resignation.”
While there are many factors that influence this exodus, one of the biggest reasons people are leaving their jobs is because they want to reclaim their lives and have a greater work-life balance. The pandemic has served as a tipping point, as a This or Something Better moment… It has caused us to pause, reflect, and ask ourselves. "What do I want? What makes me truly happy?
Kimberly Turner Eng is one of the many millions who is a part of this movement for life change. After over 20 years of grinding in corporate America for Nike and Amazon, she decided to take a career sabbatical. Kimberly’s goal during this time is to be curious and intentional as she shapes the next chapter of her life, one not driven by money, titles or her previous definitions of success but by her values, passions and intuition.

Kimberly’s years at Amazon and Nike were focused on business development, strategic account management, and delivering effective Omni-channel business results with some of the world's largest retail partners. She has led cross-functional, high-impact business development strategies spanning multiple verticals including footwear, apparel, equipment, consumables, beauty and consumer electronics.
